Cancellation Policies:
What if I no longer wish to attend the Event and I’ve booked and paid. Can I cancel?
Pre Event – Within 14 Days:
TrackTime Experience Pty. Ltd. will not provide a refund if your cancellation request is made less than 14 days before the event.
This includes changes of mind, changes of personal circumstances and non-attendance.
In the case where extreme personal circumstances impact your ability to attend, any reasonable written refund application request, made within a 14-day window prior to the event, will be considered. Any decision to provide a partial, full or no refund, will be made solely at the discretion of the TrackTime Experience Pty. Ltd. management.
Pre Event – Beyond Days:
In the case where more than 14 days written notice is provided, you can apply in writing to cancel your booking and receive a refund, minus a $99.00 (inc gst) cancellation/administration fee.
What happens in the event of wet or extreme weather?
The TrackTime Experience program will proceed regardless of wet weather and wet track conditions.
To ensure the safety of all participants, TrackTime Experience Pty. Ltd. does reserve the right to interrupt, or cancel the program, should the weather and track conditions be deemed unsafe by a panel including the Motorsport Australia Clerk Of Course, the TrackTime Experience Pty. Ltd. management team and our expert instructors.
Should extreme weather force the cancellation of the program, after 50% of the overall daily program schedule has been executed, no refund will be provided.
Should extreme weather force the cancellation of the program, before 50% of the overall daily program schedule has been executed, a refund will be automatically provided, minus a $99.00 (inc gst) cancellation/administration fee.
What happens should the event be cancelled after commencement?
If, for whatever reason, the event must be cancelled, after 50% of the overall daily program schedule has been executed, no refund will be provided.
If, for whatever reason, the event must be cancelled, before 50% of the overall daily program schedule has been executed, a refund will be automatically provided, minus a $99.00 (inc gst) cancellation/administration fee.
What happens should the event be cancelled prior to commencement?
If, for whatever reason, the event must be cancelled, anytime prior to the commencement of the event, including on the event day, a full refund will be provided.
