– All cars need to be road registered and roadworthy.
– Unregistered cars will not be accepted.
– A detailed checklist for car preparation is supplied to each entrant.
– Drivers must hold a valid full government issued drivers licence or provisional licence.
– Obtain a Motorsport Australia Licence (minimum requirement – One Day Speed
Licence).
TrackTime Experience will send each driver email communication with event details and regulations, including schedule and activities.
A checklist will also be provided for drivers to be sure they are prepared for the event
day.
On arrival to the circuit, TrackTime Experience Drivers are requested to proceed to the
nominated paddock area (Venue Diagram provided closer to the
event) where Tracktime Experience Staff will help you settle into your pit area.
At the nominated time, Drivers are to sign on for the day then attended a compulsory
Drivers Briefing (time listed in schedule provided closer to
the event). At this time extra activities are available for
nomination.
If you have a passenger attending the event for the Track Familiarisation session, a Motorsport Australia passenger waiver document will need to be completed and handed in on the day of the event. This will also be provided to you closer to the event.
Yes, support paddock carports will be nominated for use between sessions to store and
service your car. Tracktime Experience Staff will assist when you arrive within the designated TrackTime Experience paddock area.
– Yes, for all on track sessions (excluding Track Familiarisation session).
– Minimum standard helmet, AS/NZS 1698 according to Motorsport Australia
Regulations.
– Loan helmets are not available.
Yes, there is a full medical team on-site, details are listed in the Event Regulations.
Yes, instructors are available to drive and/or sit beside TrackTime Experience drivers during on
track sessions.
Yes, passengers are allowed in the Track Familiarisation Session where you have the
option to take one passenger in the front passengers seat.
They will need to sign a Motorsport Australia passenger waiver document which will be provided to you before the event. Complete that form, return it to TrackTime Experience staff on the day where you will be issues with a passenger wristband.
Minimum age for passengers – twelve (12) years.
Safety gear isn’t mandatory.
Spectating is allowed within the designated areas, maps are supplied to entrants prior
to events.
